Whether you are meeting with a team, working between classes, hosting a student organization gathering, or spending time alongside fellow builders, creators, and innovators, our co-working spaces and on-campus markets provide an environment where ideas can take shape and community grows.
These spaces are open to students from all majors and backgrounds who are interested in entrepreneurship, innovation, and building something meaningful during their time at Michigan State University.
Located in the MSU Union, the Burgess Institute is where students come to meet with our team, ask questions, explore opportunities, and spend time in community. This space supports conversations, collaboration, and the day-to-day relationships that shape students’ experiences with entrepreneurship at MSU.
Located in the Minskoff Pavilion, the Entrepreneurship Lab serves as the front door for entrepreneurship and venture creation at Michigan State University. This flexible space supports studying, collaboration, coursework, and engagement with the entrepreneurship community.

Located at 1855 Place, Holden Hall, Holmes Hall, Kellogg Market, MSU Dairy Store, and the Union Sparty’s, Student-Made Markets are where the MSU community can shop products created by student entrepreneurs. These markets offer real-world experience and a place to discover and support student-made products.
Located in the MSU Union, the Venture Kitchen is a fully licensed commercial kitchen designed for students pursuing food-based ventures. This shared space supports recipe testing, product development, and hands-on learning in a professional kitchen environment.
