Venture Creation Progam

The Venture Creation Program is where Spartans build what’s next with space, structure and support to grow ideas into something bigger. Designed for students who want to explore an idea and start a business, the program guides you from Discovery to Launch with a team that believes in your potential.

Whether you are early in your idea or ready to take the next step, you will find a community, resources and mentors who are committed to helping you move forward.

What You'll Experience

Entrepreneurship is more than launching a product. It is learning how to think in new ways, solve problems that matter and create meaningful change. These are skills you will use in every field and every career.

Michigan State University is home to one of the nation’s top entrepreneurship programs. When you join the Venture Creation Program, you become part of a nationally ranked community of builders, creators, innovators and visionaries who push ideas forward.

Who The Program Is For

Open to every Spartan, the Venture Creation Program is for students who are curious, creative and ready to explore an idea with real support. You do not need a business background or a polished plan.

Students join to understand their ideas, test what works and grow the skills needed to move toward launch. You will have mentorship, resources and a community that helps you stay focused and confident as you build.
