Colby Cartledge is the Director of Growth Innovation at Thrivent, a financial services organization that helps people make the most of their money while living generous lives. In her role, she leads work to imagine and launch new ideas that help the organization grow and better serve its members. She and her team focus on projects that reach new audiences, improve financial education, and explore fresh opportunities, using a people-first, creative problem-solving approach. Before joining Thrivent, Colby held leadership roles in innovation and operations at Target. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s degree in Management, Strategy, and Leadership.
